California Career Zone

Choosing a career is one of the many future decisions you must make while you're in school.  But how do you know which career is right for you?  Fortunately, there is a great website called the California Career Zone.  Once you create your free profile with username and password, you can "assess yourself" by answering questions about jobs and if you would like doing them or not (you can also say, "I don't know.")  At the end, you will see a list of careers that are a great match for you!

You can also do other cool things like see how much money you need each month to live your chosen lifestyle (you know, the one with a fancy house, sports car, going to concerts and eating out!) and learn about many different careers by exploring various Job Families.
